About Extreme Fit Team Chain Boxes

Xtremefit Team is a chain of cross training and functional fitness boxes offering a unique exercise program using the “Functional Fitness” document from the IF3 World Federation. These movements are designed to improve physical fitness, reduce injury, and promote vitality and health. Our classes are group and private with the presence of a coach, with a valid coaching certificate from the federation, and full knowledge of the unique exercises of Extreme Fit Team. Our goal is to standardize the management system of cross-training and functional fitness clubs. Our customers in all Extreme Fit branches will experience a diverse and integrated sports program, a similar management system, and a friendly and familiar environment. CLASS

Cross-training is athletic training in sports other than the athlete’s usual sport. The goal is improving overall performance. It takes advantage of the particular effectiveness of one training method to negate the shortcomings of another. Cross-training in sports and fitness involves combining exercises to work various parts of the body. Often one particular activity works certain muscle groups, but not others; cross-training aims to eliminate this imbalance.

Cross-training classes for children consist of sports and entertainment programs that are a good option for young active children.
